Yoga to get your blood moving!

Hi everyone and happy Monday!  Here is a short yoga routine to get the blood flowing through your veins and breath moving through your lungs after a long period of being sedentary.  It’s short, a little challenging, and will revive you, allowing you to finish your day feeling great.  Watch the video to find out how and why it came to be and why I think thought it was important to share with you.
